Our Story
Elion Companion was created at a hospital bedside.
Our founder worked in the NHS, coordinating surgical pathways. One day, a patient arrived for a procedure that was planned, prepared, and ready. But his operation had to be postponed, because he had no one to take him home. He had lived in the UK for over ten years. He had no family nearby, and no friends to call.
That moment created Elion Companion. We exist to ensure that no one is left behind simply because they have no one, at a hospital appointment, during recovery, or in the quiet loneliness of an ordinary day.
