Services
Companionship Visits
Our trained, DBS-checked companion visits the client at home or meets them in the community for a structured visit. This may include conversation, light activity, going for a walk, visiting a local café, attending a community event, or simply being present and attentive. Companionship visits are designed to reduce isolation and provide regular, reliable human connection.
GP & Clinic Appointment Accompaniment
A companion attends a GP or clinic appointment with the client. This includes travelling with the client to the surgery or clinic, sitting with them in the waiting room, being present during the consultation (with client consent), taking notes, ensuring the client understands any instructions given, and providing safe return home. The companion does not provide medical advice or make any clinical decisions.
Hospital & Specialist Appointment Support
For longer or more complex hospital appointments, outpatient consultations, or specialist referrals. The companion attends with the client for the full duration, assists with navigation within the hospital, ensures the client is comfortable and supported throughout, and provides a written summary afterwards.
