  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund (subject to administrative fees).
  • Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Ensure a safe and appropriate environment
  • Not request or engage in any illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct

 

  1. Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy

Elion Companion maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
  • Illegal activities
  • Requests for services outside the agreed scope

Any violation will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may be reported to authorities.

 

  1. Companion Safety

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our companions.

  • Companions have the right to refuse or terminate a booking if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

 

  1. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Elion Companion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services
  • Clients assume responsibility for their own actions during engagements

 

  1. Confidentiality and Privacy
  • All client and companion information is treated as strictly confidential
  • We comply with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR
  • Personal data will not be shared without consent, except where required by law

 

  1. Intellectual Property
